Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to return the product without specifying a reason within fourteen days of purchase. The right of withdrawal is applicable for fourteen days after you or a third party specified by you received the product. In order to apply your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email or fax. We will send a confirmation as soon as we have received your letter of revocation.

via a clear form of communication (for example with a letter, fax or e-mail) of your decision to return the product.  (for example via e-mail). To exert your option of revocation it is sufficient to inform us of your decision before the revocation period has ended.

Revocation Process
When you choose to cancel the contract of sale, we are entitled to return all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs, in full and at the latest within fourteen days after receiving your written communication of your choice of revocation.  When returning payments the same model of payment used during the purchase process will be used unless an alternative is previously arranged. Under no circumstances will the cost of any fees incurred during this process be calculated or returned.

We have the right to refuse return of payment until we have received the product or we have received proof of shipment of the product to us, depending on which happens first.

 

You are required to send the product(s) back to us at the latest fourteen days after communicating your revocation. The deadline is valid when you send the product(s) back within the fourteen days.
