Worldwide delivery:

We select the optimized worldwide shipping method according to your product requirements. The shipping costs start at 6,60€ plus an insurance if tools were shipped. Most of the time, the costs are less than 10€. Aerosols cannot be shipped by airfreight.

Private customers: If you pay via invoice, you will receive a pro forma invoice with the exact payment instructions. By payment via your PayPal account, we receive the confirmation of payment at the same time and the delivery occurs immediately.

PayPal-Express:
The payment occurs via a PayPal account and we receive the confirmation of payment at the same time.
 
Payment by invoice:
Regular web shop customers, authorities or specialized dealers: The order is executed with the well-known conditions. The purchase order processing and the delivery occur immediately.

Resellers and B2B partners:
Please choose the payment method "invoice". The order will be executed with the well-known specialist trade conditions.
The confirmation of your order, which has only an informative character, is automated by the shop system. Furthermore, you will receive a separate message with the pro forma invoice, commercial documents and related export information.
New customers: If you are not listed as a dealer so far, please contact us. We just need to know the necessary basic data such as: legal form, contact person, delivery address and commercial evidence. You will immediately receive our specialist trade conditions and a confirmation of the order, if you already have made an immediate order.
Terms of delivery for retailers / EU:
To create the pro forma invoice (EU), we need to know your UST-ID or E.U. Tax ID. Please always choose the payment method "invoice"! After that, you will receive a separate massage with all necessary information from our distribution office.
 
General delivery conditions for export:
Please always choose the payment method “invoice”. The automated shop order confirmation has only an informative character. Briefly, you will receive a separate pro forma invoice with the correct prices and conditions of payment. Also the freight costs are often lower than the indicated costs in your online order (depending on the target country).
